Just a short walk over the Brooklyn Bridge From Manhattan or a ride on the East River Ferry, DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) is all about Brooklyn Bridge Park, shopping on Front Street, drinking on Jay Street, browsing on Main Street, and, yes, having some pizza on Old Fulton Street.

By Foot Via Brooklyn Bridge
Take the first exit off of the Brooklyn Bridge Pedestrian Path and walk down the stairs. To your immediate left you will see a map. Cross over Prospect Street and continue walking down Washington Street into DUMBO.

By Subway
A/C train to High Street/Brooklyn Bridge: exit at Cadman Plaza West Stairwell, cross Cadman Plaza Park, pathway curves to the left. Walk downhill on Washington Street.

By Water
The East River Ferry operates to and from the Fulton Ferry Landing from several locations along the Manhattan and Brooklyn waterfronts. The East River Ferry is $4 for one of the best views in town. Exit the Ferry Landing onto Water Street and walk north to DUMBO.

By Bike
There are many bike routes to DUMBO — come by way of Front Street or Jay Street for the smoothest ride, or bike over the Manhattan Bridge and take in the views.
